I was digging through my studio hard drive looking for interesting leftovers in the electronic vein. These are all quick mixes of the multi-track sessions, rendered so I could consider them for another one of my faux-soundtracks which only appear at streaming. The year in the song title gives you a timestamp clue about what album I was working on at the time. 6+7 were recorded during a recent vacation. It's 20 years of extracts.

Track #1 is the only piece that was released. It was "Untitled No. 4" on the CD-only collection THE ARBITRARY WIDTH OF SHADOWS. www.projekt.com/store/product/PRO00136 It's a "long lost track" that has never been released on digital.

I am not sure if any of this will be heard by ears other than yours!

1-8-24 UPDATE:

Ok. I'm using a track from ELECTRONIC EXTRACTS on DUNE PART TWO. I've added Track 8, "Sunflow" — It's a new mix of track 5 "2020 Sunwashed outtake." Changes: better EQ (to reduce that sort of annoying overtone that keeps throbbing in and out of the track), compression (to bring it all up to a similar level to the other tracks on DUNE P2, and also one additional synth track in there very briefly. I spend three hours this morning obsessing on this mix/compression. Did it make a difference? : )
