  This maxi-cd was released in 1996 along with my (out-of-print) novel. It's a wallet cover, with the disc + a 4-panel insert. I found 25 of these in the storage space, packaged them up. No shrinkwrap. These are "new old stock" so there might be a few scuffs on the jackets, but they look pretty good to me (aside from some odd misprinting that happened back in the day). My apologies for the expensive non-USA shipping rates, this is really my cost!
